For most of the gym regulars, actually going to the gym and lifting weights is the easy part. It’s something they look forward to and enjoy doing. After all, you simply have to go to the gym, workout for an hour, and then you are finished. You can forget about it and carry on with the rest of your day.

But Nutrition is NOT like that. You can’t just eat once and forget about it. Instead nutrition is an all day event because every few hours you have to plan and eat a meal.
