This is the first of many sample diet plans that I’m going to create for the “Inner Circle” Coaching Club Members…
What I’m going to be doing is taking examples from the user info that’s been posted on the forum. Then based on that info I’ll create a personalized diet plan for your individual fitness goals, your body type, your food likes and dislikes, etc.
And this very first one is a prime example of that because I created a Sample Fat Loss Diet Plan for a Vegetarian.
I’ll be honest, vegetarians are at a disadvantage when it comes to bodybuilding nutrition. Eating a proper fat loss diet is hard enough when you have all the different types of food available to eat. But when you cut out eating meat, fish, chicken, turkey, etc. and limit yourself to “vegetarian foods” it makes the whole process of following a proper muscle building / fat loss diet so much harder.
So that’s why I wanted to tackle this one first. In future videos I’ll be posting up different diet plans from other members on the forum. So don’t be shy, get in there now and start posting on the forum.
