Advanced Full-Body Workout!
Total body training for Power, Hypertrophy & Pump!
This month we’re going to get back to the basics with a total body workout program that’s going to focus on using big compound lifts. Now we’ve had similar total body workout programs here in the Total Fitness Bodybuilding Inner Circle, but the unique thing about this particular workout is that we’re going to perform each exercise in 3 different set & rep ranges – once for power (5×5), once for hypertrophy (3×10), and once for pumping (1×20).
You’ll literally be training for strength, size, and conditioning all within the same workout. This combo of metabolic stress and time under tension will help stimulate maximum muscle growth!
A heads up right off the bat, this is going to be a tough workout program to follow – hence the word “Advanced” in the title – But it’s going to be a very productive training program. If you follow through with the program consistently, you will emerge at the end of this training cycle bigger and stronger than when you started.
Note: This is NOT a beginner’s workout program.
This workout is ideal for advanced level lifters. In order to follow this program you need to have experience with all the basic barbell lifts and have a good base level of fitness and conditioning. If you are new to working out, or are coming back to the gym after a layoff, I would NOT recommend this program. For beginners I would recommend a less intense training program such as; The Volume Ramping Program.
With this workout you have the option of training 3 days per week with longer workouts.
OR
You can train 4 days per week with shorter workouts.
The second option with the 4 shorter workouts is ideal for people who have limited time to complete their workouts – such as working out in the morning before going to your job, working out during your lunch break, etc. Both training variations are outlined in the PDF files below.
