This is the 300 Workout that was made popular from the movie 300. Supposedly this was one of the training programs that the actors in that film used to help get in shape for their Spartan fighting roles.
This is a 300 repetition workout. You’ll perform 50 reps of 6 different exercises. And rather then increasing the weights like a normal workout, you progress by completing the workout faster and faster each time.
The 300 workout consists of:
Pullups – 25 reps
Barbell Deadlift with 135 pounds – 50 reps
Pushups – 50 reps
24-inch Box Jumps – 50 reps
Floor Wipers – 50 reps
Single-Arm Clean-and-Press with 36 pound Kettlebell – 50 reps
Pullups – 25 reps
